The Tektronix 2220 Oscilloscope is a combination nonstorage and digital storage dual-channel 60 MHz bandwidth instrument. The vertical system provides calibrated deflection factors from 2 mV to 5 V per division. The horizontal system provides calibrated sweep speeds from 0.5 s to 50 ns per division for NON STORE mode with three slower sweep speeds (1 s, 2 s, and 5 s per division) added for STORE mode operation. A X10 magnifier extends the maximum sweep speed to 5 ns per division. The digital storage sampling rate is 20 megasamples- per-second maximum. The acquired record length is 4K samples for single channel acquisitions or 2K samples for dual-channel acquisitions (ALT or CHOP). The storage acquisition system can capture a glitch with a pulse width of at least 100 ns.
