The IEEE-488 Bus-Compatible Hipot Test System Model M150AC is a safe, fast, and efficient system designed for performing AC dielectric strength (Hipot) tests concurrently with a ground continuity test. It features fully programmable test parameters with a resolution of 0.5%. The system applies a test potential of up to 5000 VAC at 50 milliamps and is IEEE-488 BUS-compatible, enabling data logging and remote programming of various test parameters. It detects and indicates several events such as test readiness, test in progress, test passed, and various failure conditions. The system complies with UL, VDE, BSI, IEC, CSA, and other test standards.
